Verified October 11: Render reports the existing PostgreSQL 18 database available on the 0.1c-256mb plan, confirmed at $6/month with its existing 1 GB storage. The October 19 expiry is gone. The app's private connection and blocked external database access are preserved.

Render completed a production export at 8:26 PM Eastern on October 11. Its archive integrity check passed, and an encrypted copy, separate recovery key and checksum receipt are retained. Decrypting that copy reproduced the original archive exactly.
Checked October 12: the retained export was reconstructed in a fresh local PostgreSQL 18 engine (PGlite). All ten application tables, required keys, three original response hashes and safe sequence positions pass. An attempted prediction change was rejected. Production was not connected or changed.
- Managed recovery is available with the three-day Hobby window, verified at 8:36 PM Eastern on October 11. Recovery history builds forward from activation. Render retains logical exports for at least seven days.
- Complete a native or managed isolated restore and compare source and restored data from the same checkpoint through an authorized private connection.
- Retain that comparison report. Only then close the full backup gate.
The local archive check passes. The matching source comparison and native or managed restore drill remain pending. A temporary recovery database or paid runner has a separate cost. Inbox and device results cannot pass backup verification.

Check the actual quote timestamp and saved stop/targets. The server checks eligibility again when you confirm. A blocked check leaves today’s record available.
A passing check means the saved setup can be tracked. It does not establish a winning trade or verify the catalyst.

How winning picks are measured
A new locked daily top pick wins only when its stock price reaches at least one saved take-profit price before its saved stop-loss price. Consolidated historical minute bars are checked in time order, from recording through the next trading session close. The exchange calendar handles weekends, holidays and early closes. Checks wait at least 20 minutes after that close.
If the stop price is reached first, the pick loses. If both prices are touched in the same minute and their order cannot be established, the pick is unscored. A touch inside the minute containing the recording time is also unscored because it may have happened before the pick was saved.
Win rate = take-profit-first wins ÷ (wins + stop-first losses + neither price reached by the deadline). Pending, no-call and unscored days are separate. Missing prices never count as wins. Older direction-only records remain in history and are excluded from this win rate.
Saved entry, stop and take-profit prices remain available for review. These are stock-price outcomes; actual order fills, option returns, fees and slippage are not measured. Sample sizes are shown with each percentage.
